Gravit8 and DinoM8 Indoor Trampoline and Soft Play Centre, Gravit8 Scotland Ltd
This project involved the complete change of use and fit-out of a disused Industrial unit in Chapelhall to create a new indoor soft play and indoor trampoline park. This included the design and installation of a new mezzanine level viewing gallery for both the soft play and trampoline areas and the entire design created around 35,000sqft of indoor recreation space as well as bringing numerous new jobs to the local area.
We worked closely with the owner, soft play and trampoline specialists alongside our own design team to ensure this facility could be delivered to the highest standards and to create a indoor facility for use by the local community in Chapelhall and Airdrie.
The building was separated into two distinct zones being the Jurassic themed soft play for 2-12-year olds and the Space themed trampoline park for 5 years and above. Both zones were designed in close liaison with the relevant authorities to ensure they met the exacting standards required of these facilities. Both zones have a mezzanine viewing gallery for parents or for private hire and the soft play zone also includes a food court and party rooms for hire.
A further eatery was created at the entrance to the building and open to the general public whether using the recreation facilities or not and this took the form of an American themed diner.
Ancillary staff rooms, changing facilities, office and toilets were all created as part of this project.

We remained involved through the construction phase to assist the client and assure that all relevant statutory consents were followed and we were delighted to attend the opening events of these wonderful facilities which are now being enjoyed regularly by families from across Chapelhall, Airdrie and beyond thanks to its central location just off the M8.
