At McLennan we have a committed team of professionals led by Architectural Director Steven Innes. Under his direction the team work closely with all clients to understand fully and deliver on the project requirements and we see this initial learning phase as central to the successful delivery of any design project. The team consider all aspects of the building design from design quality, budget, sustainability, social impact, community engagement, functionality, accessibility, construction quality and programme. We also work closely with and coordinate the M&E, structural and civils consultants to ensure deliverability of the construction activities as the project progresses and ensures a fully integrated design service.
